Returns and Refunds
We do not generally give refunds, and we do not accept returns. If you with to cancel an order prior to it being shipped, we can cancel it for you, but you will have to pay the Shopify fees and any currency conversion fees. Unfortunately, Shopify policy is not to refund those fees back to us, so we lose money if you cancel an order. So please be sure you want to proceed with your order before submitting it.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not cover return shipping.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not cover return shipping.
