- Disclaimer : Many NM Motorsports parts are sold for off-road use only. All performance modifications and installations are at the customers own risk. NM Motorsports hold no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using any aftermarket performance products. Items sold for off-road use only are illegal in many states and provinces and are intended for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public road. By purchasing any aftermarket performance product, the customer takes full responsibility for any use, and/or misuse of the product and agrees that NM Motorsports holds no responsibility for any consequences, legal, or other, of such use and/or misuse.
- Refund Policy : We can refund orders if they are cancelled prior to shipping, but the customer will need to pay the Shopify fees and any currency conversion fees.
- Return Policy : We are unable to allow returns or exchanges.
- Lead Time : Parts will ship as soon as possible, usually within 3 days. When they ship, we will send you a tracking number. Clothing is made to order, so it can take anywhere from 1 - 2 weeks to ship your order, with a majority shipping out closer to the 1 week turnaround time.
- Late / Delayed Shipments : Courier delays will happen on a small percentage of orders. The delays can be anywhere from late deliveries to lost shipments. We cover lost shipments, however can not offer compensation for delivery delays.
